JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Lead operational readiness initiatives across provider data and credentialing functions, supporting both new implementations and ongoing enhancements. This role is critical in driving successful launches of new processes, systems, and operational models across Medicaid, Medicare, and Marketplace lines of business. We are seeking a leader with proven experience in launch planning, execution, and post-implementation stabilization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading operational readiness efforts for new processes, systems, and operational initiatives across provider data and credentialing
  • Driving launch execution for new programs, ensuring readiness across people, process, and technology
  • Managing cross-functional programs focused on data integrity, workflow optimization, and service delivery
  • Overseeing implementation of scalable solutions for provider onboarding, data management, and credentialing operations
  • Leading change management and stakeholder alignment across business, technical, and external partners
  • Monitoring performance and resolving operational issues to ensure continuity and compliance
  • Partnering with the broader corporate ecosystem to ensure strategic alignment, governance, and delivery excellence

Experienced in operational governance, program delivery, and executive-level communication. Proven ability to lead complex implementations, improve data quality, and drive readiness across dynamic healthcare environments. Candidates with direct experience in launching provider operations, systems, or credentialing programs are strongly encouraged to apply.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred License, Certification, Association

PMP, CSM

Pay Range: $80,412 - $188,164 / ANNUAL
