JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary

Molina Healthcare's Compliance team supports compliance operations for all Molina product lines enterprise wide. It is a centralized corporate function supporting compliance activities at individual state health plans.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

The Compliance Analyst position is primarily responsible for supporting the day to day operations of the Alertline hotline. 

  • Review and analyze all incoming Alertline cases timely to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely case resolution. 
  • Manage and investigate compliance incidents, including lead large complex cases.
  • Manage high volume of cases and data clean-up.
  • Create and maintain monthly Power BI reports.
  • Analyze reporting trends.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint site.
  • Subject Matter Expert on process and training.
  • Interpret and analyze state and federal regulations and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently and set priorities.
  • Attention to detail is critical.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Required Education

BA/BS/BC degree Healthcare Administration or minimum equivalent employment experience of 4+ years, Health Care or related field required

Required Experience

4 years’ experience in health care industry in related field desired

Preferred Education

BA/BS/BC Healthcare Administration

Preferred Experience

4 years’ experience in health care industry in related field desired

Preferred License, Certification, Association

Certified in Healthcare Compliance

Pay Range: $40,851 - $88,511.46 / ANNUAL
