Consultant, Learning & Performance
Molina Healthcare Job ID 2036998• Evaluates the impact of enterprise employee learning/development/training programs using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provides feedback and recommendations for continued employee learning/development/training improvements, (e.g., formal and informal training methods, departmental communication or coaching).
• Assists in the design, development, and delivery engaging learning solutions, including self-paced and instructor-led training.
• Conducts interviews and other data gathering methods to validate root-cause of employee behavior and/or performance issues.
• Partners with stakeholders to align learning programs with business objectives.
• Facilitates training sessions and workshops to enhance employee capabilities. Job Requirements
• At least 6 years of experience in instructional design, training facilitation, or learning performance consulting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles.
• Experience using content authoring tools and learning technologies (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, LMS platforms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach.
• Ability to work cross-collaboratively across a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs proficiency. Preferred Qualifications
•Certification in instructional design, adult learning, or performance consulting (e.g. Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)).

Pay Range: $59,810 - $129,589 / ANNUAL
