JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary

The Analyst, Documentation & Policy Guidelines is responsible for the development, maintenance, and governance of operational documentation including policies, procedures, processing guidelines (PGs), SOPs, job aids, and state addendums. This role partners with subject matter experts, compliance, quality, and leadership teams to ensure documentation accuracy, standardization, and regulatory alignment across multiple markets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Draft, revise, and maintain enterprise documentation using approved templates and standards.
  • Translate complex operational and regulatory requirements into clear documentation.
  • Partner with SMEs, analysts, managers, compliance, and quality teams.
  • Manage document lifecycle activities including version control, approvals, and archival.
  • Support audits and compliance reviews by providing documentation evidence.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience creating documentation in a regulated environment.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare or managed care experience.
  • Experience with multi-state operations or compliance documentation.

Technical & Business Skills

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Copilot
  • SharePoint Design, Administrative 
  • Basic SQL
  • Basic familiarity with Databricks

Pay Range: $49,430.25 - $107,098.87 / ANNUAL
