Job Summary
Become a member of the Clinical Value Hub team as we guide the implementation of the Clinical Operations vision throughout the Molina enterprise. This position offers the opportunity to work with Molina leaders across the nation and ensure that new clinical projects are implemented while remaining aligned with the Clinical Operations’ organizational vision. The successful candidate will be a curious leader and passionate collaborator with the courage to chart the future of the department at an exceptional pace and achieve clinical excellence.
Job Duties
Responsible for internal business projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams of subject matter experts and functional area stakeholders, delivering products from initial strategy development, through design processes ultimately to completion. Below highlights the knowledge, skills and duties necessary for success:
- Ability to monitor project implementations.
- Serves as the subject matter expert in getting Clinical Operations projects planned and off the ground.
- The role functions as an active collaborator with people who are responsible for internal Clinical Operations projects and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
- Facilitates discussions with leaders and other stakeholders with the goal of managing the team in planning and executing new projects, ensuring consistent messaging and open communication, and securing buy-in.
- Communicates and collaborates with internal and external customers to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements.
- Delivers the polished artifacts as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite particularly: Projects, Teams, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Analyzes data and trends with the goal of providing recommendations on project planning.
- Validates the business process to ensure that the team is on target.
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring impact and the success of programs including but not limited to ROI.
- May engage and oversee the work of external vendors.
- Maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Ability to travel as may be required.
- Fulfills those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Molina for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company or Clinical Operations Department.
The position’s primary focus is the lens of monitoring the thoughtful planning of Clinical Operations projects. Focuses on standardization, consulting, organizational change management, program management and other processes relative to the business.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- 3-5 years of Program and/or Project management experience.
- Operational Process Improvement experience.
- 2-3 years of Managed Care experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with different levels of leadership across the organization.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.• Managed Care experience.
• Experience working in a cross functional highly matrixed organization.
PREFERRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION:
• PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and/or comparable coursework desired

Pay Range: $67,725 - $155,508 / ANNUAL
