Director, Credentialing (REMOTE)Molina Healthcare United States Job ID 2009000
Responsible for oversight of the credentialing program for the Molina provider network enterprise wide (or within assigned regions). The purpose of the credentialing program is to ensure the Molina provider network consists of providers that meet regulatory and risk management criteria in order to minimize liability to the company and to maximize safety for members.
• Direct the activities of the department providing the infrastructure necessary to meet the demands of a progressive, growth-oriented system while ensuring network practitioners are appropriately qualified.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership.
• Manage direct reports who each supervise a team of employees with multiple job functions to make sure departmental goals are consistently met.
• Responsible for: policies and procedures, budgeting, forecasting, staffing levels, audits/surveys, monitoring production, Expansions and Acquisitions, and all other operations.
Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare profession or equivalent education and experience.
Required License, Certification, Association
Current certification in provider credentialing (CPCS or CMSC).
